Steven Cayea is an undergraduate senior at Wake Forest University majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Economics. While in college, besides his work in the McNutt Lab, Steven has also completed research with Dr. Susan Fahrbach studying honeybee neuroethology and he works with Dr. Rebecca Alexander on the kinetics and function of an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase. Steven enjoys exploring many different fields and expanding his knowledge and skill set across multiple disciplines. Outside of the lab, he looks forward to completing the daily crossword, seeing what Winston Salem has to offer, and attending Wake Forest sporting events.
