Christel Anthony is a laboratory technician in Dr. McNutt’s laboratory at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Christel has an A.S. in General Studies form Guilford Technical Community College and a B.S. in Animal Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has worked as a laboratory technician within the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist System for 6 years. She has worked on studies ranging from traumatic spinal, skin and brain injuries to cardiovascular injuries from covid to drug addiction treatment both in vivo and ex vivo. When outside of the lab, she enjoys spending her time with her 2 daughters and 2 cats.
